Blogging..Blogging..Blogging… ZZZzzzzzzz
I never thought that I could actually write a simple blog,
for I find it difficult to express myself through words, pathetic isn’t
it?! But one time our professor required
our class to do some blog, but it’s not just blog, you have to relate it to
every topic in our class. I was like in a big trouble back then, for I don’t
even know how to write a blog, I have no idea what dos and don’ts in the
blogging, in short I don’t know the whole blogging thing. But thanks to our
professor, she introduced the blogging world to us, she patiently taught us
from the basics (e.g template) and up to the main blog.
During
my first blog, it really took me in ages just to finish it. I really tried my
best to think outside the box, I tried to be as creative as I could, and I
tried to make my blog interesting (well this is my main goal). At first I thought it’s okay just to “copy
paste” from some other websites, but our professor warned us that in the
blogging world it’s a sin to “copy paste” (it’s called plagiarism), they would
know if your work is originally made by yourself, through this plagiarism
checker they would detect if your work is original or not, how cool isn’t it? I
thought these things are what I’ve learned in the edublogging, it let me become
more patient, creative and independent.
Now
that I’m writing this blog, I could say that I improved, I can actually express
myself not just in actions or music but more importantly is that I can now
express myself in words. As our semester is nearly finished, I consider blogging
as a regular hobby, I will continue to write more blogs that I’m really
interested of, and maybe I could write blogs that will help other people that
are inclined with my chosen profession. Our professor use to say this quote “Learning
is Retention and Application”, well I will always keep it in my heart and mind :)
